The TeleClock product is a Telephone Interactive Voice Response (IVR) system which allows employees of an organisation to clock in to their work place using a touch-tone phone as their time clock, to perform job costing entries, to listen to voice messages and message of the day and to listen to information regarding payroll and rostered times. TeleClock is compatible with a number of time & attendance, rostering and payroll systems.
TeleClock has been developed for two different types of organisations - those that want to install the TeleClock system in their own business premises and those who wish to use our 1800 hosted service, where we look after all of the hardware and call connection infrastructure. Typical organisations to install TeleClock in their own business premises are supermarkets, hospitals and hotels where employees access the TeleClock system using the business premises PABX telephone system and so do not incur any outside call costs.
Organisations who prefer to use our 1800 hosted service are typically Community Care organisations offering aged care and disabled care services and Cleaning organisations who have a large number of remote workers each operating from different locations throughout the working day and the working week. These workers are also able to enter allowance entitlements such as Kilometers Traveled in to TeleClock as well as access and reply to voice messages from department managers.
We also have extensive experience in all types of employee time data recording systems which has been developed over a large number of systems over a lot of years.
