Actatek Login Page

The Actatek terminal provides 4 different "levels" of user.

• Personal User - is allowed to view attendance info and personal settings
• User Administrator - is permitted to manage users, triggers and similar settings
• Network Administrator - has permission to manage networking settings of the unit
• Super Administrator - is allowed to configure all settings and users .

Actatek Terminal Status Page

Full administration is done via a web browser. This screen shot shows the Terminal Status page which is the first page displayed after logging into the system.

Actatek Event Log Page

The Event Log is a searchable log of all transactions that are processed by the Actatek unit. By searching this log file information, it is possible to audit exactly when any user accessed the Actatek secured area.

Actatek Add New User Page

The Actatek unit allows for the adding of users from the web interface. This feature allows for hassle free remote administration. Users can also be added from the unit itself and modified later using the web interface.

Actatek Access Groups Page

To allow for full and easy accounting of the user's activities, the Actatek unit has the ability to assign users to groups. There are standard built-in groups and the ability for the administrator to add further groups.

Actatek Holidays Page

The Actatek unit has a system calendar that allows the administrator to easily define days, such as holidays, where access is allowed or restricted beyond what is normally required.

Actatek Terminal Setup Page

Actatek terminal configuration is performed from this page. Network preferences, fingerprint related options and other system specific items are contained here. Anyone with networking experience will find this page very easy to understand and configure.

Actatek Terminal Clock Page

The Actatek unit can be easily configured to use any standard SNTP server, or time server, to reliably synchronize the internal date and time to the second. This ensures that the time on the Actatek unit is always corrent, and therefore that employee clocked times are accurate.

Actatek Download Report Page

The access logs can be downloaded from this page. Users can download all the detailed information from the logs as a simple text file or a Microsoft Excel compatible spreadsheet file.
