TeleClock Small Business Series offers most of the features and benefits of the enterprise model at a price that fits the budget of smaller organisations. TeleClock SBS allows organisations who wish to house the TeleClock system within their business premises to do so without incurring significant costs for digital telephone lines and equipment. It does this without compromising the functionality that small businesses demand.

The Same Features as TeleClock Enterprise

All the same functions are available as the 1800 Enterprise Series. You get almost all the same features, in a system priced smaller organisations. Certain functions however are limited due to the analog phone lines used.

Enterprise Class Hardware

No Corners Cut
Like the Enterprise Series, this models hardware architecture is designed for telecommunications with 24x7 continuous operation.

Value Leader Design
Due to lower demand on computing resources, lower performance components can be used. The Small Business Series has either 4 or 8 phone lines, well below the Enterprise Series 120 lines. Unlike the Enterprise Series, it is a non-redundant design.

Time and Attendance System Integration

All the time and attendance funtions performed by the TeleClock 1800 Enterprise are available on TeleClock Small Business Series.
The Small Business Series is a great solution even for large enterprise users. If you need to deploy a number of TeleClock systems throughout various facilities, say to handle calls locally in each facility, then the TeleClock Small Business Series is an ideal solution.
