Identicom i750 Lone Worker Protection

Details

Identicom i750 delivers the simplest and safest option for workers at risk of abuse and attack.

The simplest option, and that most likely to be readily adopted by employees, is one that fits with their usual working practices and provides a clearly identifiable benefit.  The Identicom i750 was designed with this in mind.

The Identicom form-factor is that of an ID card holder.  Employees already expect to be taking their ID card with them every day so it is highly unlikely that they will forget Identicom.  It is recommended that users integrate status checking and the leaving of job and location information as a part of their working practices and dynamic risk assessment.  Again, this means that the condition of their Identicom will remain upper most in their minds and it will be kept charged and ready for use.

Identicom i757 Lone Worker Protection - with GPS

Details

The TeleClock Identicom i777 with Man-Down provides all the proven benefits of the existing TeleClock Identicom product, protecting lone workers from abuse or attack, whilst incorporating the capability for a monitoring centre to be alerted, either manually or automatically, in the case of injury or incapacity of the user.

State-of-the-art signal processing technology analyses tilt, immobility and any sudden impacts, in combination with non-response timed alerts.  This, in addition to a rip alarm and discreetly operable red alert button helps to detect an employee in difficulty, and raise an alarm across the mobile phone network, whilst minimising false alarms.

SecureCard OTP token

Details

TeleClock SecureCard generates a password based on three factors, the hardware password seed, time and events. Every minute a new password is generated randomly to provide authentication of employees using the TeleClock 1800 Enterprise system. The SecureCard is normally provided to a work site or client to verify the location and the identity of employees who work from the clients location or home. When the employee calls in from a client phone number they are requested to enter their employee code then asked to enter their secure card password, which is an 8 digit code.  To generate a current 6 digit code the employee presses the generate button on the secure card device and then enters their own PIN number.  The SecureCard then displays an 8 digit code.  This code is renewed every 60 seconds.  The employee enters the 8 digit code in to TeleClock which validates that code against the secure key server and tells the employee "Invalid Secure Card Code" or continues with access to TeleClock.

SecureKey OTP Token

Details

TeleClock SecureKey generates a two factor password to provide more secure authentication of employees using the TeleClock 1800 Enterprise system.

The SecureKey is provided to an individual employee to verify their identity when working from a number of locations. When the employee calls in from a client phone number they are requested to enter their employee code, then asked to enter their secure key password - which is a 6 digit code.  The SecureKey device generates a new one-time 6 digit code every minute which is displayed immediately.  The employee enters the 6 digit code in to TeleClock which validates that code against the secure key server and tells the employee "Invalid Secure Key Code" or continues with access to TeleClock. These 6 digit codes can only be used once, old codes cannot be used after a new code has been generated, and all codes expire after 5 minutes

The size and design of the Secure Key device (5.5cm wide x 2.5 cm thick x 0.9cm high) makes it easy to carry in a pocket or as a keyring. The Secure Key is designed to withstand shock and is heat and water resistant - boiled in water for 3 hours and dropped from a height of 15 metres.
