When you need to deliver a voice or SMS meesage to all employees the next time they call TeleClock then you should consider using the Message of the Day (MotD) function in TeleClock. Delivery of the MotD can be restricted by departments and employees only have the message played or SMSed to them to them a defined number of times on that day, or over a defined number of days. The date and the time the message was played is recorded and can be viewed in the web portal.
